Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 11/11/25.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a dash of haze and a nice finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweetish malt with a lightly caramelly character and a nice dose of some earthy, lemongrassey hops. I like it.
Taste: moderately sweet, with a citrusy hop character -- I'm getting both a little lemon and some grapefruit rind. There's a nice juiciness to the citrus, which I like, but it's also just a little bit sharp in a way I don't love. Still, pretty darn good.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a pretty standard down-the-middle American IPA, but well executed.
