This ale was fermented in an oak foeder with our house cultures. After almost a year in oak, this delicate sour ale was transferred onto several hundred pounds of fresh raspberries and marionberries from the Willamette Valley. The bright aromas and flavors of raspberry and marionberry burst from the glass and overlay the complex and intriguing depths of our mixed cultures.
