We felt like stretching our creative muscles and decided to explore some ingredients we don't often use in our IPAs. We built this West Coast style IPA upon a base of Simpsons Golden promise, a touch of dark and light crystal and a mix of mostly classic hops. Utilizing traditional ingredients can seem a little reckless these days with all the Nuevo flavors and styles, but we assure you, this flavor punch will be worth your time. Heaps of cascade, Amarillo, Ahtanum and Simcoe hops bring bold citrus, berry, pine and floral qualities while a touch of mosaic brings a light burst of tropical. After a few sips, you'll see how it all makes sense.
