After having tried multiple less well known Polish more craft style beers of the last few weeks, and none being particularly good, I'm hoping this might be good. According to the label it contains freshly harvested forest needles. Kind of unique and interesting, I definitely have never had a Forest IPA before.
Impressive appearance and typical West Coast IPA yellow colour. Aroma is definitetly like a West Coast IPA mixed with stinging nettles, some menthol/mint, and eucalyptus. Is mint and eucalyptus found in a usual forest? I'm not sure, but maybe they are found in this forest. Dominant fruits in the aroma include tangerine, orange peel and peach. Unique and mystical.
Taste is also pretty unique. I have never really eaten pine needles/kernels but this is how I would imagine them to taste. Stinging nettles and eucalyptus are also quite prominant also. Hops are a little under prominent. Despite a really interesting and promising appearance and aroma, the actual taste and mouth feel is a bit of a disappointment. It reminds me more of a stinging nettle and mint tea, than a beer. Effervescence in the mouth feel is a little low. I would probably prefer a little more hops to add to its tropical flavours, and a little less forest twigs. Maybe if I drank it in the winter or in an actual forest, I would like it more ; ) Still it's pretty good and very unique.

Greenish orange appearance, very hazy. Quite scarce foam.
Fresh notes in the smell, balsamic, with a lot of piney.
More piney in the taste, again. Intense, maybe a bit excessive.
Not the best balance, but, after all, quite ok.
Again, a lot of fresh and balsamic notes in the aftertaste.

A very strong tasting IPA. It tastes like a walk through a pine forest. The hops are pretty strong but it is a very refreshing drink. Mouthfeel is more bubbly and sharp than expected. I've had many friends who say they don't like the beer, so I can't give it full marks.
