Copenhagen /1 2022. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Very green can with two fingers doing a Michelangelo's The Creation of Adam on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of slightly fermented tropical fruits and alcohol mingling with citric notes. Mango, papaya and peach. Hints of decay. Grapefruit. A bit of linoleum
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost fat texture.
Flavor is intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet, fermented and a it boozy. Lingers for a while, Finish is semi-dry.
Quite potent, sweet and boozy.
