Copenhagen 15/10 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of a cool, bearded fellow drinking beer illuminated by neon light.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet scent of tropical fruits mingling with a sharp citrus fruit. Peach and papaya. Grapefruit and lemon. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and pretty light. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Dry and bitter with light redeeming sweetness.
