Iridescent yellow colour. White foam, high, long-lasting. Built of small bubbles, it gently coats the glass.
Aroma very fresh, fruity, floral and very pleasantly coffee-like.
Taste moderately acidic. Here the aroma attributes pick up in intensity, orange, coffee and other fruity and floral notes.
Medium saturation. Body high, full. Texture very soft, creamy, velvety. Long aftertaste, like the taste moderately acidic, with a pleasantly coffee background.
