Brownish red in colour, incredibly cloudy, sizable particles visible in the glass. The whole gives the impression of a suspension of fruit puree and oatmeal. Pale pink foam, medium-high, fairly persistent.
The aroma is unusually intense, sweet and fruity. There are the promised bananas, peaches, blackcurrants and lime, there is vanilla to the fullness. With time, perfumed notes come in, without getting in the way. The aroma can be reminiscent of fruit yoghurt with chunks of fruit and or fruit oatmeal.
The taste is sweet (fruity) with a slightly sour and slightly bitter (fruit stone) background.
Medium saturation. Texture soft, oily. Body high, reminiscent of a watered-down fruit pulp with oatmeal that coats the glass profusely after each sip. Aftertaste long, sweet, fruity.
