Copenhagen 8/1 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Swooping black lines trying to make me seasick on a yellow and green background.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented odor of exotic fruit mingling with citric scents. Mango and papaya. Passion fruit. Citrus and lime. Acerbic notes.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet fermented undertone. Lingering.
Potent for an ABV of only 7. Well balanced and powerful.
