Copenhagen 10/3 2024. 50 cl can from Beer Me web-shop. Yellow can with a drawing of a red film projector probably showing The Big Lebowski.
Pours unclear amber with a mid-sized white head. Stable Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer.. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity and slightly fermented odor mingling sharp citrus fruit. Mango and overripe peach. Whiff of decay. Grapefruit and lemon. Pine trees.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick,, oily, soft, a bit greasy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is rather dry.
Solid Indian Pale Ale. The Dude would approve.
