This Pop isn't pop music, but a true piece of craft brewing art. All thanks to a powerful dose of hops that will surprise you with its aroma until the very last drop.

Copenhagen 10/5 2020. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Drawing of a lady with red hair and quite psychedelic glasses. Hop flowers in the background.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweetness and dusty citric notes. Peach and pineapple. Dry citric aroma with citrus concentrate and grape fruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, a bit flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate citric bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Pretty light for a DIPA. But it works as a dry IPA with good intensity and bitter bite.
