Pours a hazy yellow with soft, soapy head.
Smell is juicy and fruity with notes of spruce tips, citrus, peach, green tea, juniper and gin with some floral hints.
Taste is WILD. Floral, fruity and juicy with notes of spruce, orange juice, peach, lemongrass, juniper and gin with a soft but noticeable bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft, pillowy and well carbonated.
Overall, one of the weirdest and most unique IPAs I've had. Reminds me of a hoppy version of Bellwether by Breakside. Terrific stuff!
