The colour is a deep, iridescent orange. The head consists of fine bubbles, it is high and persistent. It runs down the glass, leaving almost no trace.
The aroma is strongly sweet and biscuit-like, with distinct notes of strawberry, peach, cherry, vanilla and a hint of peanut butter. In summary, it smells of sweet fruit-filled pastries.
Whilst the aroma was sweet, the flavour is practically devoid of this sweetness. It is delicately tart (fruity) with a slight stone fruit-like bitterness.
Moderate carbonation. The texture is slightly ‘rough’. Full-bodied. A long, tart (fruity) finish.
