An American sour ale brewed with a punchy volume of fruit. It is packed with tart, bright blueberry flavor, while remaining light and refreshing.

Pours an opaque color similar to a red raspberry. Light aroma of blueberries, grain. Head fades quickly and leaves no lacing in the glass. Tart and not overly sweet. Blueberry flavor is somewhat subtle not over exaggerated. Overall, I think this is a pretty good sour and I've bought it a few times now. Refreshing and a pleasant change from the IPA's I generally drink.

Canned 07/14/22.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one inch light pink head over a pinkish-red body with no lacing.
Nose of blueberries and citrus.
Taste mirrors nose closely; slightly sweet and tart, but not too tart.
Blueberry/lemon semi-dry finish.
Good feel with medium carbonation.
Overall, a pretty good stab at a fruited sour and I'd have this again in the summer,
instead of waiting 'til January.
;)
Cheers!

The taste was ok, but I didn't prefer the look; it had an artificial, fruit juice look to it, which augmented the tartness for me.

Pours clear, purplish red in color with 1/4 inch head. Taste is big blueberry with some sour mix. Sour, high carbonation, light bodied. I like this as the blueberry really shines. This is not a sour ale with a touch of fruit. Nice sipper.

Smells like literal vomit. No carbonation. Great taste. Refreshing. Could drink these all day

Have a 4th of July hangover lingering? Well get your patriotic fix with this American Sour. It boasts a sweet blueberry aroma, with a kool aid looking red color to it. It drinks wonderfully as if you were enjoying a juice. Not often do we have sours, but this one was very well done. According to the can, this Maine brew does the actual brewing at the Dorchester Brewing Co. facility which is pretty cool.
