A: Pours a clear yellow color with 2 fingers of head that fades down to a thin cap
S: A good mix of pine and citrus along with an earthy undertone
T: Follows the nose. Starts off with some clean pine and citrus notes as well as a balancing bready maltiness. Picks up some grassy, berry, and earthy undertones. Finishes with lingering light bitterness, citrus, and earthy tones
M: Light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation
O: A very solid single-hop IPA that really showcases the simcoe hop. Well-balanced and super easy to drink. Check out some simcoe!
