Brewed with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Huell Melon then fermented cleanly with an American Hefeweizen strain. Soft and fluffy with a pale yellow color and moderate haze, but fermented dry and crisp.

Clear gold with a white meringue foam head settling in lumpy fits to almost nothing.
This is almost pils-like with a semi bitter grassy note and a honey backing. Nutty corn that has a hint of maple in its sweetness makes up the bulk. At times I feel like I get a hint of funky cheese, or maybe that's just wheat?
The frothy fluffy medium-light body finishes extra dry, in a good way that's also refreshingly bitter.
