Very pleasantly surprised by this one, found on tap nearby. Not a style I see often locally, so it was a treat to find one well made. All around malty-roasty goodness and very nicely balanced stout that's very drinkable.

Canned 2023/02/01
Pours a large frothy brown 2 finger head with great retention, soapy lacing, very dark basically black color
Nose plenty of chocolate, milk chocolate, roast, caramelized lactose sugar, a bit of roast, coffee and cream, a bit of sweet cookie and caramel
Taste brings more roasted malt, coffee and cream, into chocolate, cocoa, a bit of creamy lactose sugar touch of baking spices and sweet caramel and cookie, some bitterness up front, mild spicy hop, then roasted malt bitterness escalates with spicy hop late, top a med higher bitterness
Mouth is med bod, fair creamy, med small bubble carb
Overall pretty decent
