Nice dark brown colour, but the foam is a bit too modest. Nice full smell of herbal hops, roasted malts, rye and caramel. Full taste of rye, roasted coffee, toffee, liquorice and caramel. Pleasantly sweet in the mouth, good combination of dry and bitter in the finish. Mouth feel is full-bodied and smooth. Lovely bock.
