On tap into a pint glass
A - Beer is a clear golden color with a highly carbonated appearance with bubbles rising quickly to the top of the glass. Head is rather foamy and white in color. Head dissipates quickly to a thin lacing that is retained throughout the tasting. 3.5/5
S - Very subdued aroma with only hints of what was used to make the beer. Light malt, grassy hops, and a peppery spiciness contribute but are really only subtle hints rather than true notes. 3.25/5
T - Light malt and grassy hops make up the majority of the flavor resulting in a very straightforward and simple experience. There is a light pepperiness that comes out at times throughout the tasting but not at consistent points and only as an undertone. 3.5/5
M - Well carbonated which results in a noticeable burn along with a scrubbing bubbles sensation. Very light and crips with a light dryness on the back end but this does not linger for any length of time. 3.75/5
O - Well balanced pilsner between the hops and malt but everything seems to be fairly subdued. Very light and clean, reminiscent of the style. 3.5/5

Visiting Austria, I had a go with this beer. It came in a 0.5L bottle, brewed in Wieselburg, Austria. Poured this pilsner into a large pokal.
A - It has a nice golden tint with noticeable carbonation running up the sides of the glass. The head develops into a fluffy white foam, but only lasts a couple minutes before leaving a thick lace.
S - The smell from the hops isn't as sharp as other pilsners. I couldn't detect an citrus smells neither (if so it's very subtle).
T - This beer tastes like any other pilsners, except I didn't get a spicy taste from the hops. The bubbly sensation from the carbonation is present, but not to the extent that it overwhelms the senses - not like a soda/pop. A little watery.
M - light carbonation, definitely hits the back of the throat, but goes down smooth and I don't get the carbonation build up in the stomach.
D - I definitely believe this beer is drinkable. It is a a beer with 5.7% alc. vol., and it did come in a 0.5L bottle, but it seemed so light, I could drink a couple of these down.
This beer cost nearly 1 Euro for a 0.5L bottle, a pretty reasonable price. Definitely better than all American cheap beers, but I can find a better pils.

.5L emptied into a Pokal.
A: Pours a straw gold with a fizzy white 2-finger head which quickly receeds to a thick ring. Decent lacing in the upper third of the glass.
S: Sweet malt and grassy hops are immediately apparent to the nose, followed by notes of spice and citrus.
M: Medium bodied with good carbonation.
T: Saaz hops at the fore, with light tones of barley malt. Rather a mild flavor here. There is some complication with the spicy hops and citrus flavors, but they are subdued. Slightly astringent aftertaste.
D: Nothing really dominates with this beer. Nothing complicated in this brew, especially compared with Stammbräu. Seems quite mild, but it does contain enough hops to strenghthen the body and keep it out of the 'light' catagorie. These go down really easy. Enjoyable, but not really that memorable.
