Black colour with no translucence. Medium-high, brown foam, made up of small bubbles, reduces fairly quickly to a thin layer and a thicker ring.
Initially, a hint of hazelnut essence is the leading aroma, followed by vanilla ice cream accents gaining in strength and, in the background, milk chocolate.
The taste is gently acidic with a stronger, dry finish.
Alcohol nicely well structured. Low saturation. Medium body upwards. Aftertaste long, dry.
