Cask at Day & Night of the Living Ales 2016 (added Citra in the cask). Great first impression from these guys.
When I heard "wheat beer" I wasn't too enthusiastic, but tasting it blew me away.
Amarillo/Citra-forward wheat, think Gumballhead meets Zombie Dust.
This was a highlight of the fest and probably the most fresh hop forward beer of the fest. Very impressive.
Pale yellow gold, frothy white foam settled quickly around the edges.
Hugely citrusy and dank, very pungent and hop forward. Grapefruit, mango, sticky greenery.
Taste is moderately bitter, intense hop flavors of Amarillo and Citra, citrusy and dank with a sticky green hop cone edge to it also. Light bodied on cask especially, but very easy drinking. Highly recommended.
