16oz can. The bottom stamp reads "WATCH BOONDOCK SAINTS MO GHILE MEAR 11:08 AM FEB 12 2025" (very legible).
Clear, deep amber colored body. One thick finger of light beige head, and the later result is islands and a full ring. Leaves behind scattered small webs of lacing.
Aroma is very malty - caramel and sourdough bread. Green apple and other fruits.
Taste is sweet from the malts, with flavors of caramel, rye bread, honey, and fruits such as green apple and prune. All continue in the longer mellow aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Smooth and slightly spicy, with bitterness being very low. Good carbonation.
Appealing when looking for a good malty amber brew. Fits for style.
