L: pours brilliant amber under a 2" light cream colored foam cap with a very small bead and good retention
S: smells of dank melon, biscuit, tropical fruit, orange and a faint hint of onion
T: flavors start with berry and melon supported by topical fruit, and orange zest leading to a pithy orange rind bitter finish
F: very creamy with a medium body and fine soft above average carbonation that has a slight prickle
O: big, bold Double IPA that features the Simcoe hop flavors well and is very drinkable
