A: Clear pale golden yellow.
S: Light bready malt smell.
T: Sweet and well balanced bready maltiness.
M: Somewhat surprisingly heavy feel for a Kolsch.
O: Overall, a well balanced and slightly sweet Kolsch from a great Knoxville brewery. I highly recommend the beer garden atmosphere there.
