On tap in San Diego April 2021. Has almost an orange hazy IPA look to it with super tight bubbling. Distinctive nose of a Belgian. Clear notes of banana on that nose which sort of dominates the aroma. It plays nicer in the palate as I sense other fruity notes and a yeasty bite that in evidence. Not super typical of a real Belgian ale but redolent. Finishes with a pleasant sweetness.

August 6th, 2016 - This Belgian Blonde unfurls from the glass like a deployed life raft, and fills the table space with a huge custard aroma and flan smell, but without being so sweet as either dessert. The flavor is therefore surprisingly understated. A little watery and lacking strength, most of the flavor shows up only in the aftertaste. Once you get there it has a little white grape skin and some oats, but it's short and subtle.
