Copenhagen 27/11 2019. 44 cl can from Køl Beer Web-shop. A logo f raised, revolutionary hands raised in protest on red background on the can.
Pours unclear orange with a small white head. Settles as flimsy, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium-intense, malty sweet with light citric notes. Quite strong malty backbone with caramel, bread and grains. Lighter odor of grapefruit and lemon. A little sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Semi-dry finish.
A semi-dry revolution.

33cl can, served in a Teku glass.
Appearance: Cloudy, translucent golden yellow with a thin white head. Some persistent islands of lacing, but most of it slid back down the glass.
Smell: Grapefruit, citra hops.
Taste: Hoppy, cracker-like malt, citrus rind/pith bitterness at the finish.
Mouthfeel: Smooth, light carbonation, a little sticky on the teeth.
Overall / Drinkability: Looks more like a NEIPA, drinks like a west coast style IPA. Went well with pizza, but one was enough.

Very lite and dry IPA. Nice clean taste, enjoyable on a hot summer night.

Clear golden color with off-white foam. Aroma has resiny hops, orange, tangerine and dank notes. Taste starts sweet with orange rind, some light caramel malt notes, light to medium resiny bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. A legit, west coast style IPA.
