Dark brown, light brown foam, quite evanescent.
Chocolate and caramel in the smell. Chili?
The chili is present in the taste, along with chocolate, quite smooth.
Again caramel, a bit watery.
The chili is more present in the aftertaste, but not too much.
Well, the beer maybe is not too fresh, but it is still one year in advance on the stated expiration date.
Alcohol hidde, chili on the palate, a bit unbalanced.

Very special chilli beer that nicely captures the fruitiness of the peppers. It is spicy and it lingers a bit but never overpowering. It is a sipper of course and nothing to jug down by the gallon.

Served in a pint glass from the bottle.

Appearance: Thin black body with a accompanying tan head rising three quarters of an inch off the body. Quick settling after one sip.

Smell: Smooth scent consisting of coffee and brown sugar. Light scent but needs a little extra.

Taste: Smooth and sweet brew with brown sugar notes and lighter espresso.

Mouth: Thin body but full after taste with a spicy finish.

Overall: good brew which needs slight tweaking. Beautiful if you can find it, not the end of the world if you don't. Always in a
glass.. Salud.
