Poured to an Ora et Labora taster.
A: Body is mid-way between yellow and orange with some medium haziness. Head is white and has some retention but it's not better than average for a DIPA running at 9% ABV:
S: Aroma is mostly of a fainted hops but it's in fact the Cryo touch, having a bit of Mosaic, Citra and Centennial. Aroma is mostly grapefruit, blood orange and a resinous profile.
T: Taste starts off just a bit citric with the grapefruit and blood orange touches but moves directly to a more green, grassy and resinous profile of a more orthodox IPA. It's a good feeling to drink things that aren't fruit juice.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is medium but should be bigger. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is high but soft.
O: Good orthodox DIPA to have once you're tired with juice stuff.
