Splendid IPA with a robust structure, with a more "important" body than their other IPA, the Guerilla.
The scent already smells tropical fruit (mango, papaya, melon).
Yellow color, a little darker than gold.
Abundant and "creamy" foam, tasty.
In the mouth triumph of tropical fruit with hints of citrus.
Easy to drink.
Quite bitterish finish, but not excessive.
On the palate the hints of fruit given by the American hops used echo.
Great product.
I can't wait to taste the Giant Step Api Treatment version, which I'll get my hands on soon.
It is the same beer subjected to a 100% natural treatment (patented by the brewery) which, they say, allows you to amplify the aromas and aromas of hops in the beer. I have read that: this treatment combines new technologies with new production processes and allows the use of large quantities of hops in combination with small doses of honey during some specific stages of the production process.
