Poured to a BrewDog snifter.
A: Body is pitch-black with a dark brown head that shows good retention.
S: The aroma is very strong on bitter coffee, with hints of vanilla and chocolate.
T: The taste has almost no connection to the aroma, being much more soft and round. It starts with a sweet tone of lactose meeting (milk) chocolate, which then evolves to a mild bitter tone of fresh ground coffee. It's very tasty.
M: Body is high. Carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is barely noticeable. Bitterness is mild.
O: Great pastry stout by CRAK. :clap:

Collaboration with Alder. Imperial Stout w/ Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla and Lactose.
Totally black, one finger of light brown foam.
Chocolately smell, with coffee, cocoa, a touch of vanilla.
In th mouth an explosion of chocolate and coffee, cocoa. Again vanilla. Good.
Full, round, velvety and smooth.
Very good.
