Giant Step (Double Dry Hopping Ipa of the house) treated with API TREATMENT process patented by the Agricultural Brewery.
The process which, according to the brewery guys, combines new technologies with new production processes, allows the use of hops in large quantities in subscription to small and precise doses of honey (local, from their hives) during specific (but not better identified ) stages of the production process.
The result is that (confirmed on the palate) of exponentially amplifying the scents and aromas brought by the hops used.
As soon as the can is opened, a triumph of tropical fruit scents (pineapple, papaya) immediately triumphs.
"Humble" foam despite having poured the beer quite "vertically", it is little but a surface remains for a while, being part of the drink.
Typical color of a Hazy Ipa, rather light yellow but opalescent, not transparent.
In the mouth, a real triumph of the (American) hops used.
Tropical fruit pineapple and papaya above all, but also melon, yellow peach and pungent hints of grapefruit.
Body much more "plush" but also dense compared to the Giant Step base, but without any perceived "biscuit" notes of malt even in the slightest part.
The exact term is "pungent" to define the "hit" of the fruit on the palate.
On the tongue bitter non astringent and, dominated by the fruit released by hops.
A note: in my opinion it is too flat, a stronger carbonation would have facilitated the drinking of this beer which is characterized by a really full body (Feel: 4).
Truly "Double Ipa" beer with almost extreme Dry Hopping, absolutely not a trivial beer.
