CRAK "Casana 2018"
CRAK Brewery & TapRoom
Look: Hazy pinkish body beneath a short head of white foam. Limited head retention.
Smell: Wine barrel. Vinous. Brettanomyces. Bright!
Taste: As the aroma suggests. It's sour but also sweet, and there is some bitterness. Note of peach.
Feel: Light medium-in body and gently zesty with acidity.
Overall: Excellent! Really interesting and very well balanced.
