Bolina Weiss drank at Académico, Coimbra.
A: The body is yellow and opaque with a non existent head that leaves no trace of lacing. For a weiss it's a poor appearance.
S: The only aroma present in the beer is clove. Banana is missing along with the bready tones.
T: Again, the only thing prominent here is clove. There's a little bit of malt providing an almost insignificant amount of breadiness to the beer that results in a mild sweetness but it's very very weak to find it in the middle of the clove.
M: The carbonation is medium to high while the density is too low. I gotta say that this beer appears to behave to harshly on mouth.
O: I got to be honest, this is not a good beer. Not even at an acceptable level. This is what you can expect when the brewery is like 1 to 6 months old, not when it is on the widely available in the market.
