From the Russian word for "What?" comes this session version of a Russian Imperial Stout. Collaborating with Ciclops Cyderi & Brewery of Spartanburg, SC, we attempted to create a beer that hits all the descriptors for a true Russian Imperial Stout, except, you know, the "imperial" part.
