Can. Very pale gold with lasting ring and island. Very earthy aroma with herbal and a little peach/apricot. Light bready (but not doughy) sweetness with some light grains and crisp herbal earthy finish. Very light lively body. Very good.

NO can date
Pours a med frothy foamy head with moderate retention, a bit pillowy, with some lacing, clear very light-watery pale color
Nose brings nice noble hops out front, grassy floral, a touch fruity, with a light griany-sweet malt behind that, touch of minerals
Taste brings some grainy-sweet pilsner malt up front, almost a rich malt character aided by some mineral additions, water hardeners likely, some noble hops again with a floral herbal taste, a bit grassy, a little fruity, drier finish, med-lighter bitterness throughout, but the finish has a strange fruity and some mineral character that I don't like, now I'm starting to think it's more of the DMS corn and almost cooked vegetable thing that gets a bit too much
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med-light carb as well
Overall started nice, but the finish had some flavors that were not too good, overall a bit too fruity as well not as clean of a lagering, but malt had a nice flavor and aroma although wish there was more of it, hops were good, enjoyable
