Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass; born on 1/11/23. Pours thick - for lager - yellow with tiny amount of head; small amount of carbonated bubbles. Tastes of straw and hay but not too overpoweringly. Decent.

"Our take on a traditional German Kolsch. An easy drinking lagered ale with low bitterness, complex aromatics with hop and yeast qualities and a smooth bread like finish"

Can poured into the closet style glass I had to a stange

Two finger fluffy white foam cap , good lacings , good retention, settles to a layer if white over a clear golden liquid with active streams of carbonation . Great look for this beer style

Aroma is straw, grass , hay, malty

Taste is grassy , malty , clean

Medium sudsing , light, clean, refreshing
