Pours an off white fizzy 1/2 finger head with low retention, very orange med golden tan color, hazy
Nose brings kettle sour lacto funk, quite tart aroma with lots of key lime, lime zest, creamy lacto almost yogurt like, bit of lemon lime
Taste starts fairly sour, more kettle sour lacto funk, creamy yogurt, fair acidity, with plenty of key lime again but also buttery coconut cream, buttery like oak even but prob just the coconut and lacto, flemmy tart finish, little bready malt and hint of salt
Mouth is med to lighter bod, creamy soft, med frothy carb, fair acidity
Overall pretty nice, quite enjoyable actually
