Was in An Austrian supermarket and the store worker said this is good, there's me with an arm full of bitburgers. But yes he was right it's a nice taste which takes me back to the Shropshire Lad from Craven Arms :)

Another truly outstanding Austrian beer, this 500mL brown glass bottle is not heavily carbonated so could easily become a session beer, although it is not available in the UK it is worth seeking out when in Austria, Germany or Switzerland.

A: Golden clear with moderate carbonation..
S: Slightly grassy with a nice hop aroma
T: Awesome smoothness, nice malt character with moderate bitterness. The water is obviously from the local mountains.
M: Full body but not heavy.
D: The is an awesome beer. The best they make as far as I'm concerned. At least as far as what I've tasted. The art of brewing is practiced here with the highest quality and results.
While on a recent trip to Switzerland and Austria I found this on tap in the area we stayed. Every time I had this beer it was outstanding. For folks in North America who don't have much in the way or true premium all malt beers...I hope you get the chance to sample one even close to this. Just plain high quality beer.:) The opposite of a cheap macro.
