This is certainly not a Weizenbier like the most beers in this region are. This a real witbier in the style of Piere Celis (RIP). I know the brewery for years, used to come in this region a youngster.
The beer chilled to 11 celcius and then in the Struise glass. Nice white head, golden to light yellow cloudy fluid and some carbonation.
Good smell, banana and bready yeast. Dry and a bit watery taste but not bad. Good drinkable.
Drink this one (like the most witbeers) on a warm day and you will enjoy it!
