Tall can, printed stuff on the bottom, is all smudged up.
Light and hazy pour, leaving delicate froth and copious lacing on the glass.
Faint fruity sniff.
Light, delicate and flavorful...peaches, lime, delicate malts with a snappy slightly sour finish...nicely done, good summery brew, likely would be great with some salads, bread and cheese....worth a try

i have been loving what these guys are up to in the brew house, they have done some seriously thoughtful and well executed beers, and a session saison like this is nice, really low alcohol, really dry and clean, and honestly super mild on the yeast, lightly belgian, a little rustic element to it with the wheat here, but simple, not farmy or wild really at all, and all of this seems to set the stage really well for the peach. the only issue is that the peach never really comes. its there only in the faintest essence sort of way, largely fermented out or just dosed too light, i get only a flash of its ripe fuzziness on the finish, which is amazingly tasty and compatible with the yeast and the grain and the lightness to the highest possible degree, i just wish for a little more of it. i know its a fine line, and id be the first one saying how its over fruited at the expense of the delicate yeast and all that if it were on the other side of the line, so maybe i am just hard to please with this sort of thing, and honestly i prefer it leans this way rather than the overdone way. the peach that i do get is natural enough, and sort of brings out this summer white wine note in the yeast. simple and earthy and well made, light and effervescent in feel, the perfect texture for the beer, refreshing with some light tartness, and tasty even without much fruit to it. the quality of the beers these guys are making is really high, so this is an easy one to enjoy and appreciate, even if i think the supposed star of the show never really turns up. this could work with so many different fruits, but its also cool beer on its own, as the really minimal peach allows it to demonstrate. huge fan of proper right now!
