Pint can into a standard pint glass. Clearly dated ‘“Canned 11/3/2025” (roughly 4 months ago). I Enjoyed this Utah beer-law 5% ABV brew as the ‘first’ beer I experienced that was specifically labeled “cold “ IPA.
It surely delivers on the ‘crisp’ scale. Hop bitterness is subdued. It’s a very good beer that is (as they say) “crushable”.
Enjoyable as a casual beer experience - but just a bit short of a ‘wow’.

i loved this thing, nice and clean, lovely hop profile, nice hangover beer to get things going again. they call this a cold pale ale, which is a cool little style wrinkle, love the crispness, it does have that clean almost lager element about it, rather light on the grain side and in body overall, very drinkable, more summer than winter, but i would happily drink this one whenever, among the best ive had from proper so far. slightly richer golden hue to this, near clear, lots of bubbles, some white lace as it drinks down. the nose has great freshness and balance, with a little cereal thing from the malt and a nice fruity hop complexion that hits on sliced navel orange, lemongrass, and green table grape, bright to me, even sort of thiol boosted, although i dont think it is, it has some of that punchy aromatic to it, a little pine and weed too as it warms, but bitterness stays low, and this isnt over hopped by any means. the whole thing smells snappy and brisk, quenching. the flavor is delicious, definitely some refreshment value here, subtle malt nuance in play, a tad nutty, still very light but not neutral which gives the beer some cool depth, the hops meanwhile start early and bring meyer lemon, underripe melon, and lemon balm herbal character to the palate, fruity with a citrus lead but more than that too, subtle coconut, white wine, and nice quickness, definitely cold conditioned and tight, super clean and bright and lively, really easy down, but full of flavor too, restrained bitterness seems about right, the low alcohol is nice, and this is one id love to drink again soon, really a quality beer, cold pale ale, nice bit of innovation, a top beer from our recent utah trip for me!

No clear canned date, 16oz can poured into a Pils glass

Marketed as a blend between a Viennese lager and cold IPA

Pours a mild golden with aggressive head

Piney and hint of citrus aroma, pretty light

Really really nice full pine and malt balance. I'm guessing the malt is where the Vienna lager malts are coming in. Not overwhelmingly piney or resinous. Clean and sharp.

Easily crushable
