No canning date
Purchased from the grocer for about $2
Poured at a tad above fridge temp into a nonic glass
Pours a fairly amber/orange caramel with a loose sandy colored head. 3.75
Fairly gourdy pumpkin when it was colder, but as it's warmed it smells like a spice rack/drawer. Some spiced/y malt in there too. It's pretty strong and mixed. 3
Slight gourdy/unsweet pumpkin which is really nice and a touch of rye-esque malt, but it's very overwhelmed by the myriad of aromatic and strong spices - cinnamon especially. 3
Filling carbo, light and nearing watery thin qualities. 3
Overall a tad bit of a disappointing beer, and one I think firmly belongs under a Pumpkin beer designation rather than a golden ale. I think if all the spices were lighter it could be much nicer. Going to get one to save for Xmas in July and age it to see if it mellows out. 3

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
