On draft at the brewery.
Got a half pour into an 8oz Teku glass.
Clear pale gold in color with light head and no lacing.
Light grassy aroma.
Nice citrus rind, piney notes with a mild lingering bitterness.
Lighter carbonation and clean mouthful.
Certainly solid easier drinking west coast.

Super Fresh can, (packed on 2/5/24, 18 days to the lip), poured into a French brewery pilsner glass, in Salt Lake City, UT.
Single hop West Coast IPAs are always a highlight, so the big nose of Mosaic hop offers a unique and complex blend of floritrop fruits and earthy character.
Taste is roundly citrus, pineapple, nice side of the tongue bitterness. The hop shines until the last gasp, which kinda peters out a bit when the volume is tuned down.
Creamy mouth, medium carbonation.
Overall, Always Drink Fresh!
Nice WCDIPA right here!

Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Bacchus tumbler. Substantial malty body with plenty of spritz on the tongue. It's Mosaic, they say. Mango with a dark side. Blackberry seeds and a dab of orange marmalade. Aroma of lemon and papaya is quite pleasant.
The sweetness is most surprising. Not sugary but just weirdly malty-sweet. Actually, with all the bitterness it seems to add to drinkability. Another sturdy and big-flavored IPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at Bine & Vine. Dated 12/01/20 on the bottom.

Had on tap at the source & in crowler to go - Pint glass
This is a solid Mosaic hopped IPA. Lots of mango, grapefruit, gooseberry, and dank spice. Solid underpin of some bready pale malt cracker to balance. Slightly bitter and resinous on the palate with a dry crisp finish. Would recommend, very crushable.

A solid beer. Not a big nose but once warmed I detect mosaic. Bitter, piney and mild citrus flavors come through. Very good example of the style...low malt, dry back end and plenty of hops. Not their most innovative beer but solid.
