Soft and light mouthfeel with plum and raisin notes on the malt body. Cascade mountain range hops give the beer a gentle bitterness on the aftertaste.

0.4l on tap at their taproom.
Opaque reddish brown. No head at all.
Nose is sickly sweetness mixed with a tart note that I would say is a lactobacillus infection. Unappetizing.
Taste is that of a homebrew of a beginner. There are roasted, burned notes hanging in the air because the body is so thin. The puckering tartness does not particularly help here. A bit of bitterness at the back feels like a sad memory of quality beer.
I so wish I could say something more positive but this gives craft beer a bad name. Please. Some QC.
