Appearance: The pour offers a coarse and billowing snow white head, with coarse, but pleasing scattered lacing, atop a clear light golden body. The glass wall is covered in fat bubbles, beneath the surface. Occasional fat bubbles drift lazily to the surface.
Aroma: The subdued aroma presents a little cracker and pale malt, a little caramel, and quite restrained grassy hops.
Taste: Opens with cracker and pale malt and a little grassy hops. As the taste advances, a very mild herbal bitterness presents, and there is a bit of caramel. Late in the taste the mild hops bring the taste to a close, with a little tasted malt offering a counterpoint.
Mouth feel: Very light and thin, with slightly zesty carbonation and a moderately dry finish.
Drinkability/notes: Lone Star 24/7 is fine for what it is, a lawnmower beer, a beach beer, a summer drink that would be refreshing without causing one to overindulge. It is well-made for that particular use case, but that is about it. Still, is pleasing with the proper expectations.
Presentation: Packaged in a standard sixteen-ounce aluminum can, served in a South American-style Pilsener glass.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a clear light golden amber color with a big billowy white head of foam. The head has a good level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave a ton of ring lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is quite light overall, with some notes a cracker malt and a bit of caramel and corn. Along with these smells is a very light paper smell and a touch of hay.
Taste – The taste begins with a light cracker malt flavor mixed with some notes of corn and caramel sweetness. These tastes create a base flavor and last throughout the taste. Along with these flavors comes a little bit of paper smell as well as a touch of grain. With a little loss in some of the sweetness one if left with a rather light and crisp malty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel - The body of the brew is light and thin with a carbonation level that is on the higher side. A rather nice feel overall for the very light flavors of the brew and makes it a refreshing drinker.
Overall – The flavor is minimal, but overall decent. Its only 2.1 % abv., so you can’t expect a super flavorful brew here. Its very light and crisp and a good “sobering brew” to insert into the mix when doing a longer session.

Looks very light straw yellow with a medium white head that dissipates quickly. Smell is bright with some citrus notes, of all things. I was surprised by the taste, it definitely has some centennial or cascade hops in it, probably to add flavor to the weak malt profile. It tastes very different than original Lone Star. It really works though, very refreshing and only a little buzz after three pints. The mouthfeel is very watery and the finish is dry. Overall I am very pleased with the flavor, it also has 8g of carbs so that probably equates to more flavor as well. If you like more of a citrus style American hop flavor and a low abv, this might work for you. $6.48 for a six-pack of pint cans. There are some cheaper econo-beers out there but they're a lot heavier.

Just a light beer that I would choose over any other light beer due to its sessional ABV and easy taste. Not your craft beer, but nice little all day drinker.

CAN:
Pours a fizzy thin white head that dies within 2 minutes and a semivibrant copper colour body. Clearly filtered. Suggests a clean drinking but possibly insipid lager.
Aroma is corn adjunct and 6-row. Faint honeyed sweetness too, I guess. Not promising, but at least it doesn't seem syrupy.
Taste is corn adjunct and 6-row. Malt extract comes to mind. Not finding any hoppy notes whatsoever.
Texture is a bit on the syrupy side for a 2.1% ABV, but it's smooth and wet. Unrefreshing.
It's an insipid low alcohol lager with nothing to offer discerning drinkers. I wouldn't bother with it again.
