On tap at McSorley's.
Pours a clear copper color with a thick, frothy beige head. The aroma is lightly malty, maybe some caramel and maybe some hops. Overall a step above standard macros.
Toasty upfront that moves through to a light sweetness with a crisp bitterness in the finish. Light-bodied, smooth, moderate carbonation, but feels thin.
A step above most macros, but nothing that will blow you away.

(Served in two small glass mugs)
Brewed exclusively for McSorley's Old Ale House
A- These beer have a light golden crystal clear body with a thick snow white head of creamy foam that turns rocky and last for a good bit. There is a strong carbonation of big bubbles that support the head.
S- The smell is pretty clean but as it warms there are notes of soft dry pale malt and a slight sweetness in the finish followed by a faint green note.
T- This beer has a soft sulfury pale malt flavor with a light noble hop finish that has just a touch of bitterness.
M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel that gets lighter as the head fades, with a watery texture. The fizz at the finish scrubs the palate clean.
D- This beer has a pretty light clean flavor that has notes of malt and hops but not much.
