Pours a dark tea color that is very clear and is wearing a 1-½ finger off-white creamy head. The smell is of light malts and faint earthy grain. It smells pretty nice although it is subtle. The taste repeats the aromas with only light hopping and a roasted malt flavor with creamy light bitter finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied and this beer drinks down very easy. Im impressed with my first beer from this brewery. This site says this is a Pabst brew, but the bottle doesn't indicate that. I'll have to investigate. It is a very solid brew! Cheers!
