A: Poured from a 650ml bomber. a clear caramel with thin bubbly lacing which quickly dissipates
S: caramel, toffee, biscuit, grain, bread, butter, iron/metallic, some indeterminable leafy hops. very true to style save for the metallic note.
T: mostly follows the nose. theres very little bitterness or hops, no esters. dry.
M: light body, light carbonation. very easy drinking.
The beer is well done, true to the style of an Irish red. The taste is missing some i don't know what, maybe a bit more volume from the malt. solid for a hot day, when you want something malty, not bitter, and easy to drink with a clean finish.
