Lovely purply amber brew with plenty of foam in the snifter. Fragrant with berries. Actually one of the best blackberry flavored beers I've had. It's tart but not overly sour. More of a dry and tangy fruit beer. It's made with 100% Brettanomyces so it has that odd distinctive taste with a dry finish, but not overly yeasty. Some bitterness in the aftertaste but mostly a nose of berry.
