On draught, and more recently from a can, little head or lacing, a little under carbonated.
A pleasant Belgian background with the yeasty banana and fruity and spice flavors, some cordial cherry and vanilla notes as well. The mild hops bitterness is subtle. A fairly crisp and enjoyable finish.

Poured into a pint glass.
Head disappears very quickly but had these cool bubbles at the top
Smells like alcohol, not really picking up much of anything else
Tastes like honey, cinnamon apples, alcohol. Spice. Peppery. Not really picking up too much banana. I guess maybe more of an apricot on the backend
Medium mouthfeel.
Totally not what I was expecting but it's certainly not bad, I'll see how this grows on me (or not) with the rest of the six pack. There's no date on the can so it might not be the freshest either, wcyd... Very good value for the price though, I'll give them that, a bit too sweet though

Obnubilated yellow body with an average, quick to fade white head and light lacing. Aroma has a strong banana character boarded by orange and a bit of honey. Taste is a little spicier but still with a honey-like sweetness. Alcohol more pronounced in the aftertaste. Well carbonated, medium bodied mouthfeel.

This is an exceptionally made Tripel. Leans a little more spice forward. Would like to do a side by side with Westmalle and La Fin DuMonde someday to see how it truely stacks up against the big boys of the style. At first tasting, I would think Peabody Heights can hang with them. Its that good.

Peppery Bananna bread, a slight bit light on the carbination, but very very solid excellent yeast characters. Sweet bananna bread with a peppery cleansing backside. Lipspmacking summer treat.

Poured from the can into a tulip glass.
Slightly rocky head, but with more of a fine foamy top, and small height, making only about two fingers tall with a fine bubble of foam. Good solid body color, dark brass and some nice gem like clarity. Good amounts of carbonation particularly in the middle making for a real solid appearnce.
Quite a bit of a yeast and sugar punch on the nose for this brew. Sticky touches of taffy like sucrose and soft mineral. Hints just a touch of florality as well, but does hint a bit strong on alcohol. A fairly straight forward aroma for a tripel but a good one.
Palate is fairly solid as well. If anything, there's a touch of light wet body to this which makes the flavors not really last. However, solid classic flavors are present. Slight touch of apricot, but more of a banana strangely quality. Good solid malt touches, with a nice sweet balance getting into a bit of dense pound cake flavor also. Not much in fruit, wine, or complexity, but some solid basics hitting the right notes.
Not really many surprises here, but nothing particularly supbar let alone bad either. Solid brew.

The look of this beer is a typical light, slightly hazy gold with little head. the smell prepares you for a Belgium yeast traditional. A dank, slightly tart taste with a hint of glove and banana. really good smooth feel at the end. Great job done!
